I am a native, here are my humble opinions:

I crave Osaka, Bangkok Gardens (I too get the #25 mentioned above), Buckingham's & Sky Hi Bar & Grill (pizza!).

Just visited 44 Stone and will definitely be back, great beer/booze selection & food!

Pricer: Sycamore, McKenzie's (I prefer the original one north of town)

Overrated, to me: D. Rowe's, Addison's, Flatbranch, Heidelberg (I know, blasphemy!)

Bad experiences: 1839 Taphouse (service and food)

Our go-to places are Flat Branch, Cafe Berlin, Uprise, Heidelberg, El Rancho, Formosa, and Shakespeares. Depending on what our mood and situation is. Flat Branch is by far the place we go to the most. I can't believe you've only been there once! Go on a weekday instead of a weekend, and go early - as early as you can. They have happy hour from 4-6p that gets you 1/2 price beers and usually they are less crowded. I've had, um, everything on the menu so if you need any advice... let me know. :)

Have you tried Red and Moe? It's a gourmet pizza place next to the Blue Note. All of their pizzas are made with locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients, and their menu changes all the time. Its not really CoMo, but I am always so happy with each meal I have at Panera. It might be because I usually go alone or with girlfriends, and that is so much more relaxing than with my toddler in tow.

I also have a great lunch always at Bangkok Gardens. Especially if I get the chicken Lahp and a village roll. I've been doing this for almost ten years now and its that good (still).

I've had too many hit or misses at Sophias, Jina Yoo, and other places that are my super favorites for only a short time. Its frustrating to leave a restaurant disappointed (or still hungry!)
